About Ward & Taylor, LLC

Formed in 2005 by the landmark merger of the law practices of William E. Ward and Jonathan B. Taylor, who previously led Northern Delaware's largest settlement practices. Today, our 12 attorneys and dedicated paralegal teams deliver progressive legal counsel across five full-service offices throughout the State of Delaware.

The Ward & Taylor Foundation

Two Decades of Excellence, Integrity, & Innovation

When Bill Ward and Jonathan Taylor combined their settlement operations in 2005, they shared a clear vision: to establish Delaware's most reliable, client-centric real estate and estate planning law practice. They recognized that buying a home, structuring commercial development, or preparing an estate plan represents one of life's most meaningful milestones.

Over the past 20 years, that dedication has fueled continuous expansion from our primary Wilmington headquarters into five strategically positioned offices across Delaware: Wilmington, Middletown, Dover, Rehoboth Beach, and Bethany Beach.

To provide seamless legal support across state lines, we also established Best Abstract, LLC, our affiliated Pennsylvania title agency handling title examinations, escrow services, and settlements throughout neighboring Pennsylvania counties.
